    To Whom it May Concern;

    I recently sent my application to the IAAC (Institute of Advanced Architecture of Cataluna) to enroll in their Graduate program. I was wondering in your scholarship support program applies to people of different universities and, if that’s the case, wether an acceptance letter should be granted before applying to the scholarship. Please note that acceptance is granted mid may for the IAAC. Please reply to my e-mail address at riyad.joucka@gmail.com.

    Sincerely;

    Riyad Joucka
