The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (MAEC-AECID) has recently announced the Scholarship program for International students to follow Graduate programs in Spain for 2010-2011. These scholarships are managed directly by the MAE-AECID and you will also find the application form in the website.
