According to the info we have this event is opened for:”advanced undergraduate, Masters’ and doctoral students in comparative and transnational historical research also including boarder disciplines as historical sociology, historical anthropology, political thought, etc.” Which means, being 4th year student gives you eligibility to participate but the field of your studies are not very compatible with their request. Whatsoever, I suggest you to send your paper abstract anyway, and who knows, you might have luck.

Application process
Applications for participation should include:
- a short CV,
- a 1-2 page long abstract of the prospective conference paper (20 minutes)
- an estimation of travel expenses.
