On the list of the departments of the University (http://www.fu-berlin.de/en/einrichtungen/fachbereiche/fb/index.html), there is a department for Political and social sciences (http://www.fu-berlin.de/en/einrichtungen/fachbereiche/fb/pol-soz/index.html) which offers studies in Media and Communication (http://www.fu-berlin.de/en/einrichtungen/fachbereiche/fb/pol-soz/puk/index.html).
I would suggest you write to them (prfocus@fu-berlin.de) and ask if they offer any kind of scholarship.
