This training wants to support the development of competences of youth workers and youth leaders for increasing recognition of non-formal learning in their youth work.

About the training

*The training will focus on the two interlinked processes of social recognition of youth work: one dimension is the focus on youth work as non-formal education, their other is recognition of learning outcomes of (young) people participating in youth work activities. Thus, a strong emphasis in this training course will be given to projects participants are planning or working on.
