My question is regard participation and the cost:
How about the students that come from states that aren’t part of EU ???

As far as I could see it is not clearly said that only participants from EU member states could participate, but it says in the application: Applicants who live, study or work in EU member states are eligible for funding. It means that if there is an interest from people outside EU to participate, probably they should pay all the costs on their own (travel, accommodation, course…)

Interested applicants from Bosnia and Herzegovina are not eligible because BiH is not an EU member country.

I contacted Network Migration in Europe and the answer is that due to regulations and restrictions they can only take participants from EU member states.
I hope this was helpful.
