Hello, boampong,
I don't think so, as you correctly pointed out that undergraduate "candidates should not have suspended education more than 2 years after graduation and not be older than 25 years on the date of application."
But, try to contact the Turkish Embassy appointed for your region and get more detailed information there, as they are the ones, who are responsible for the selection of candidates.
("Candidate is selected by the related country or Republic of Turkey by the foreign representatives.")
Good luck,

I already have the certificate, but as it is said above, I need a diploma, not certificate. Can there be a big difference the fact that I didn't succeed in the highest level, but in the middle level of Tomer? And do you know if I can do TOMER for the second time?

Hello again,
I think that if you are enrolled to the university of your choice and you lack the necessary level of language, they will provide you with Turkish courses ("Undergraduate and graduate students attend Turkish Courses at TÖMER for 1 year.") that will end in the TOMER diploma exams.
I think you just have to get in touch with the uni of your preference and ask them if the TOMER diploma is a prerequisite to be admitted or not and if yes, what about the 1-year language course.
I understand no Turkish (most info about is in Turkish) therefore I can't tell you, if you can sit it the second time, but usually, you can pass language exams as many times as you want, as long as you pay:)
Anyway, I still advise you to get in touch with your local or nearest Turkish Embassy for more information.

What did you say in Dom Zdravlja when you searched for health report? Purpose?

Hi, Shovonreza,
well, I heard about METU, too. Istanbul university and Ankara university maybe, too, are worth considering: http://www.istanbul.edu.tr/fen/en/mol/ http://www.science.ankara.edu.tr/fen2008/eng/inde…
but you can get a look at other Turkish universities, for example, here: http://www.mladiinfo.com/category/unis/turkey/ (be aware that some of them are private).
In order to be admitted, each university has its own requirements and IELTS is not necessary in each case, as you will most probably study in Turkish language (after a 1-year course of Turkish language). For METU e.g. http://www.oidb.metu.edu.tr/english/application/i…
My guess is, that your medium would be your local Turkish Embassy, as you have to arrange everything with their help.

Maybe try to have a look here: http://www.sampletemplates.org/medical-report-tem…
or here is the certificate they are asking for Slovak Government Scholarships (http://www.studyin.sk/en/applicationGOV.pdf – at the end – a very detailed one)
It should be stated, however, that the “Candidates should not be infected with a contagious disease (HIV, Hepatitis-C and etc) or should not have a disease preventing his/her education in Turkey.”
In your place, I would try to contact your nearest Turkish Embassy and consult with them.

Plus, bear in mind that Mladiinfo is not Turkish Government, so I can tell you what THEY mean by the health report, but probably a general statement of your doctor that your health is in a good state (no HIV, no hepatitis and stuff like that).
Hope that helps.

Hi,
I'm a student from Nepal and I graduated from High School in 2010. Now I want to apply for Turkish Government Undergraduate Scholarships for Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. Will I be eligible for the Scholarship and what is the deadline for the application?
Regards,
Ram

Dear Ram,
the deadline, as you may see from the text above is the 30 June. Take into account that you should be accepted to the University and Faculty of your choice before you apply for the scholarship.
And also, about the application procedure, you should get in touch with the Turkish Embassy in your region.
Good luck,

hi, Is it really necessary to apply to the university directly before applying for the scholarship?
I thought i was required to fill the name of the university i would have prefered to be admitted to.

Hi, Shukri,
well, yes, usually it is like that.
"Candidate registers to the educational institution that he/she is accepted and applies for the scholarship."
So, you first have to be accepted and then apply for the scholarship, however, in the application form it is not very clear.
Good luck,

Dear Ahmed,
is your question related to the post above?
A study plan is the outline of the studies you wish to undertake – say, you wish to start on 1 September 2011 and wish to take these and those courses and you would like to obtain, say, a Bachelor's degree by June 2013 etc.
Hope that helps.

Application goes through the diplomatic channels, so you must inquire about possibilities at your local Turkish embassy.

The decision-making process for the government scholarship programmes can sometimes take months. In addition, the deadline is still not over, so they probably haven't started the evaluation and selection process yet.

Dear Sirs,
I've finished the University in 2011 (this year). But I'd like to continue my education for Master's degree in Turkey, but the greatest desire of mine is to get the scholarship for the Master's.
And Is it possible to apply for the scholarship without the knowledge of the Turkish language?
And as far as I understand I should be accepted by the particular University first and then apply for the scholarship? Am I right?
Thanks a lot.

Dear Yulianna,
It is stated in the eligibility criteria that: "Research candidates should be a graduate of a 4-year university and have a good level of Turkish, English or French." So I suppose that if you do not speak Turkish, you have to have good knowledge of either English or French. However, in order to make sure (and for all other questions regarding the scholarship), please contact the people responsible at this address – digm@meb.gov.tr.

Dear Yulianna,
I don't know your exact undergraduate degree but if you want to apply master scholarships in Turkey there are many different options in master programs depend on the field of the program.
For eg: in history and Turkish language are Turkish International Cooperation Office give some scholarship for foreign students
or directly some private universities like Bilkent, TOBB, Koc, Sabanci or some state universities which have a good reputation like METU, Bosphorus, Hacettepe, Istanbul Technical University etc. give some scholarships.
In order to apply Top 3 universities which are METU, Bilkent and Bosphorus you have to show min IELTS 6.5(METU and Bilkent) – 7.0(Bosphorus Unv) and they required min 2.5 – 3.0 over 4.00 GPA
And adequate GRE or GMAT results.
