The University of Economics in Bratislava (EUB) is the oldest university of economics in Slovakia, established in 1940. The University provides higher education in the field of economics and business in Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral programs for full-time and part-time students. There are currently around 13.000 students enrolled in all forms of studies.

Matej Bel University (UMB) is a university in the central Slovak town Banska Bystrica. Banska Bystrica has a long tradition in schooling and culture. It is named after Matej Bel, an outstanding Hungarian-Slovak scholar in the 18th century. The University is one of the biggest universities in Slovakia.
